Returns Policy
We of course hope you are happy with your Easy Living product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the choice of a full refund (excluding delivery charges) or a replacement/exchange provided that the product(s) are returned to us in original dispatched condition, unopened and therefore unused, within 7 working days of receipt.
Any product(s) must be returned to Easy Living at your own expense. Prior to returning any product(s) we require that you contact us to confirm that you require to return the product(s). Either email us at info@easyliving.ie or call us on 01-8709240. You need to ensure that all reasonable care is taken of the product whilst in your possession.
Damaged Goods on Arrival
If for any reason the products you receive are not those ordered or are faulty or damaged in some way, please email us within 24 hours of receiving them and return them unused and in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt for exchange or refund.
